Working P90X weight?
Well, I'm P90X, he said, have a yoga mat, elastic bands, free weights and a trailer (or you can use bands resistance) Well, a couple of questions. I have two weights 30 pounds, but can only remove the 3 to 5 reps, and I have no resistance bands, but I have a yoga mat. Well my questions are, I looked online at some things at Wal-Mart, some games weight, weight, and different, with bars and clamps, etc. Also, some resistance bands. I'm looking for cheap weight, maybe a game with a bar and weight plates and resistance bands, how do you know how much weight the same? and I need an accessory determined to go to my door to let me do exercises for the back of them. (Instead of having a drawbar) Any advice on what to buy and where to buy? I have no money and almost as cheap as possible.
I P90X. I have a cheap pull up bar target level was about $ 15-20 and my first suggestion is to take the weight of a group of friends, because it is difficult to find dollars at low prices. The price will be around a dollar a pound, but if you can do those three to five times you really need new weight. borrow, if possible, but you can probably find others to a destination or Walmart.
